I agree, choppy frame rates make games unplayable. That said, I doubt this game will have a bad frame rate on either system. As long as you keep it at or over 24 fps (worldwide film framerate standard) you're good. Anything above that is only icing on the cake.
If this is true, it may be a sign that Japan isn't as important as they used to be to the video game industry. That would be bad news for traditionally Japanese oriented gaming companies, but good news for Western gaming companies. Of course, all this is speculation on my part. The real reason is probably just supply and demand. The US has the most gamers, so therefore the US gets the most consoles. Either way, the shortage problem will most likely be more severe for Sony than it was for...
Maybe if you had played the game before you bashed it you would know that only the story part of the game has a time limit. In Overtime and Infinity modes, you can play as long as you like.
I would be cool if they brought Devil May Cry 4 to the 360.

The store PAID ME $20 for my used copy of PDZ. I thought I was gonna have to pay them to take it off my hands. I saved up a whole paycheck hoping I had enough to dispose of it and the idiots paid me for it. I hate PDZ.

Fuzion Frenzy is a guaranteed buy for me, but since it's first party, I already knew it would be $50. Other than that, nothing really interests me, but you know Viva Pinata's gonna be pretty big as it's targeted to the younger crowd.
